Our stainless steel trays are a durable and high-quality alternative to the plastic and resin trays found online. Built to last a life on the road, our trays not only look great but are easy to fit and clean. All of our trays come with a drain assembly that fits perfectly.
Specifications
All of our standard trays are 50mm deep and have a 20mm edge with a 15mm return, this return not only ensures structural stability but it also gives you a great edge to seal to. All of our trays are made from high-quality 1.5mm, 304 DP1 stainless steel and weigh between 5-8kg dependent on your selection. On our standard size trays, the centre of the drain hole is located 120mm in from the top right corner. This allows for multiple tray orientations of the small 600 x 600 tray and two orientations for both the medium and large trays. All drain holes are cut to our standard diameter of 47mm this is on both our standard sizes and all custom trays.
Additional Information
By fitting our trays in your van you’re protecting it from any leaks and possible damage to your subfloor. Water damage can be costly to fix especially if you have to remove and replace cabinetry and panelling, not to mention the cost of replacing the original tray. Ordering a duckboard with your tray will keep your feet nice and toasty. All our boards are cut and finished in-house and have three coats of waterproofing lacquer added as standard.
